Generally Available: N-Focus 3.6.12
NetLert Communications, Inc., announces the general availability of N-Focus 3.6.12 for Avaya call center performance reporting. Following as an overview of improvements in this new release:
- Performance improvements - refresh for all real-time reports is up to 10 times faster
- Saving the window geometry of real-time reports auto-refreshes windows
- Remember password feature option has been added to N-Focus
- Upgrade MySQL database support to 5.0.66a
- Many upgrades to make N-Focus even easier to administer and use
